We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Tarot readings, private notes, and reminder preferences that you explicitly choose to save or share

We use first-party, anonymous analytics to understand which article pages are visited and whether visitors click CTAs, start readings, complete readings, or complete signup. This tracking is used in aggregate for site improvement. We do not use visitor IDs for this tracking.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our tarot reading services
• Personalize your experience
• Send you account-related communications
• Improve our services

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. A reading you choose to preserve during signup may also remain in short-lived browser storage so it can be restored after authentication. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase for authentication and data storage
• Google OAuth for optional sign-in
• OpenAI to generate tarot reading content (questions or prompts you submit are processed by OpenAI's API; when you request a connected follow-up, the selected prior reading and its notes are also used as context).
• Resend to deliver a one-time reading reminder only when you explicitly schedule one

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt-out of non-essential communications

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are necessary for the website to function properly.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
