1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this tarot reading service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use this service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on this website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

All tarot readings provided through this service are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to:

• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• Mental health counseling
• Major life decisions

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $6.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (for mobile subscriptions) or through the Stripe customer portal (for web subscriptions). When a subscription expires, access to premium features ends immediately.

In-App Purchases: You may purchase reading credits (5 credits for $5.99 or 10 credits for $9.99) as one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Refunds: For subscriptions purchased through Apple, refund requests must be submitted to Apple within 14 days of purchase. Apple's standard refund policy applies. For subscriptions purchased through our website, refunds are handled according to Stripe's refund policy. LVX Technologies does not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Payment Processing: Payment processing for mobile app subscriptions and in-app purchases is handled by Apple. Payment processing for web subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely by these third-party payment processors and is not stored by LVX Technologies.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

8. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada for any disputes arising from or relating to these terms.
